Tybalt Jasper Capulet
Tybalt Jasper Capulet, age 19, died two days ago at the hand of Romeo. He had gone to get revenge on Romeo for crashing the Capulet’s party. When a fight broke loose, Tybalt ended up killing Mercutio. Romeo, angry for the loss of his friend, killed him. Tybalt was a bad, bad person and no one actually liked him. He deserved it.
Tybalt, an aggressive, unlikable person, probably liked to throw stones at birds for fun--maybe even at children. This is where we’re supposed to tell readers all of the good things about this person; but honestly, we couldn’t think of anything. Tybalt was a good fighter; that’s really the only thing he was good at besides being a jerk. He loved to find a fight anywhere he could; even if it wasn’t justified.
Tybalt was part of the Capulet family. His living family members include Lord and Lady Capulet and some unnamed minor characters.
Tybalt will be put in the ground tomorrow at three in the afternoon at the Capulet tomb. Come by if you want to, though no one will blame you if you don’t. To begin there will be a short memorial service for his family to say a few nice words (that won’t take very long).

Mercutio Isaac Escalus
Mercutio Isaac Escalus, age 17, died two days ago at the hand of Tybalt. Tybalt loved to pick fights, and Mercutio sadly got in the way. Mercutio was a fun person who anyone could get along with (except for Tybalt, clearly).
We remember Mercutio as a very likable person--the only likable person in this whole story. Mercutio brought humor to this tragic play. He made us feel like maybe not all of the characters were complete idiots. Sadly, his life was ended by Tybalt during a fight that was supposed to be with Romeo. Mercutio made us question why all the good characters always have to die. He was a very light-hearted person and he could make anyone laugh.
Mercutio leaves behind his cousin Prince Escalus, and his close friend Benvolio. Before Mercutio died he cast “a plague o’ both your houses,” blaming both the Montague's and the Capulets for his death.
His funeral will be at eleven in the morning tomorrow. We expect this service to be much longer than Tybalt’s. The service will begin at the church.

County Paris Francis Escalus
County Paris Francis Escalus, age 18, died last night at the hand of Romeo. He could have avoided dying if he had been smart and listened to Romeo. But that would have been too easy. He died the day that he was supposed to marry his love, Juliet. He was taking flowers to her grave when he came across Romeo and decided that he needed to get Romeo away from “his fiancee.” He would rather die than have anything happen to her. He died a clueless gentleman, still thinking that Juliet had actually loved him.
Paris enjoyed doing very normal, everyday things (unlike some people). He liked to take walks and read books. Paris loved to study and learn new things. He was a nice boy who probably would have been much better for Juliet.
Paris leaves behind his dog, Patrick, as well as his mother Lady Escalus. He also leaves behind his cousin, the Prince.
Paris’s funeral will be tomorrow, right after the funeral of his cousin, Mercutio. It will begin at the church right at noon.

Romeo Andrew Montague
Romeo Andrew Montague, age 16, died last night, with his dead-but-not-actually-dead wife by his side. He killed himself in the Capulet tomb, thinking that Juliet was dead and he couldn’t possibly live without her. He took the easy way out and drank a poison to end his short, depressing life.
Romeo was a little dumb. You were 16, man, come on. He was a lovesick teenager who could’t bear to lose a girl he just met only two days ago. He loved to be by himself in the dark, so he could think about how nobody loved him (that was before Juliet of course). He spent his days writing emotional poetry about his terrible love life.
Romeo leaves behind his father, Lord Montague, as well as his cousin and good friend, Benvolio. He will be reunited with his pet turtle that died when Romeo was 11.
Romeo’s funeral will be the day after tomorrow, at four in the afternoon in the Capulet tomb. It only seems right to have Romeo’s funeral to be with his wife, Juliet, so they will be put in the ground together. Both Lord Capulet and Lord Montague invite all who come to Romeo’s funeral to join them for dinner afterward.
